Jitpur, Kapilvastu, Jan 10,2018 :Ancient infrastructure has been found at Siddhartha Tole in Kapilvastu Municipality-3 in the district.
The infrastructure is remnants of bricks in the shape of walls dating back to ages and they were spotted in the course of digging a road, the locals said.
Following the findings, an archeologist team reached the site and inspected the findings.
Chief archeologist officer at the Department of Archeology Ram Bahadur Kunwar said the findings were remnants of ancient bricks it seems, and further details would reveal after an intensive study.
