Police has held 160 people from Kathmandu, three from Lalitpur and four from Bhaktapur on Thursday on the charge of trying to forcibly smear colours on others, throwing water-filled balloons or plastic pouches and spray water in course of celebrating Holi festival.
Similarly, police impounded 523 motorcycles for violating traffic rules and driving by taking intoxicants.
