Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is addressing a special programme at the provincial assembly meeting of Province 3 in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City, Makawanpur.
According to the Secretariat of Province Parliament, PM Oli is talking about various aspects and possibilities of development, today at the province assembly meeting.
