An assistance amount was handed over to kidney survivor, Putali KC, of Waling municipality-10 of Syangja district.
A cheque amounting to Rs 513,662 was handed over to kidney patient KC and her daughter Krishna Kumari Rai. Dhanu Thakali Puran of the same place, currently living in Hong Kong, collected the assistance from inside and outside the country launching ‘Save Putali Campaign’.
KC is undergoing dialysis twice in a week in Pokhara after her both kidneys went dysfunctional.
Campaigner Tikraj Gurung said, “We had launched a campaign through social network to raise fund to help KC’s treatment.”
