Senior leader of the ruling Nepal Communist Party, Madhav Kumar Nepal, has said the responsibility should be given to cadres in the party on the basis of capacity and qualification.
Addressing in a programme organised by Pushpalal Forum Nepal at Dhangadhi on Sunday, leader Nepal stressed that there was no alternative to moving ahead by treating all leaders and cadres equally.
Nepal also stressed on that the MCC grant support was against Nepal’s welfare and some points should be corrected in it. Former Prime Minister Nepal also shared that all three layers of governments should put construction activities on priority making coordination among each other.
The NCP further said three-tier governments would move ahead by making a special plan to ensure success to Visit Nepal year-2020.
