District Court Kailali today remanded alleged mastermind of the Tikapur bloodbath Resham Chaudary to judicial custody.
A single bench of Justice Parshu Ram Bhattarai issued the order in this regard.
According to the court’s records keeper Indra Bahadur Kathayat, the court has remanded him to judicial custody.
Police had arrested him following the Court’s order from court premises and will place him on next trial on February.
Charges related to murder, dacoit and attempt to murder- have been filed against Chaudary. Resham Chaudharay was elected to the federal parliament from Kailali-1 representing Rastriya Janata Party Nepal.
