President Bidya Devi Bhandari today appointed Nepali Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Udaya Raj Pandey as non-resident Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam.
Pandey was appointed non-resident ambassador on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution, according to the Office of the President.
