Athletes competing for 17 events today on 13th SAG

Seventeen different events on the fifth day of the 13th South Asian Games (SAG) is going to be held on Thursday in Pokhara and Kathmandu. Among them five are the new games while the rest are the continuation of the previous events.

Since Wednesday, India has took the lead with 32 gold medals followed by Nepal with 29 gold medals.

Today’s events comprises archery, athletics, basketball, badminton, cricket, football, gulf, handball, kabaddi, shooting, table tennis, taekwondo, tennis, volleyball, wrestling and Wushu.

Among them badminton, women’s cricket, women’s football, wrestling volleyball, archery and handball are taking place in Pokhara while the rest will be held in Kathmandu.
