Kathmandu, April 4
Supreme Court Justice Kedar Prasad Chalise appointed a member of the constitutional bench started office today. With this, the bench has now full five members.
The bench’s members include officiating Chief Justice Dipak Raj Joshi and judges Chalise, Om Prakash Mishra, Cholendra Shamsher Rana, and Dipak Kumar Karki.
Chalise was appointed by a Judiciary Council meeting on the recommendation of officiating CJ Joshi.
