CPN passes condolence proposal over the demise of former Deputy Prime Minister

The Communist Party of Nepal Central Secretariat meeting today passed a condolence proposal over the demise of the party leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Bharat Mohan Adhikari this morning. Adhikari passed away at age 83 last night.

The meeting also decided to lower the party flag to a half mast in all the party offices in the country. Likewise, a condolence book shall be kept at all level party offices today, tomorrow and day after tomorrow for those wishing to express tributes to the late leader.
Likewise, a decision was taken to organize a condolence program in Bhrikutimandap of the capital on March 7, according to a statement issued by the party’s general secretary Bishnu Prasad Poudel.
