The Election Commission (EC) has held discussions with the representatives of political parties Sunday regarding the preparation and management of the presidential poll.
The EC discussed with the leaders of political parties represented in the House including the CPN (UML), Nepali Congress, CPN (Maoist Centre), Federal Socialist Forum Nepal, Rastriya Janata Party Nepal and others.
On the occasion, Chief Election Commissioner Dr Ayodhee Prasad Yadav sought support from all political parties to conduct the presidential poll in a flawless manner.
Likewise, EC’s Spokesperson Nabaraj Dhakal made a presentation on legal provisions, managerial aspects, voting style and vote counting of the election to the President.
