Bhaktapur, April 9
The Thokar Films Pvt Limited has provided financial assistance of Rs 1,505,153 to Sharmila Syangtan who is on a mission to climb the Mount Everest second time from the Tamang community. She was handed the monetary assistance amidst a press conference held at the Rafat Sanchar Club today.
The company launched a fundraising campaign to assist the daughter from Tamang community who is all set to start her journey towards the world’s highest peak with the message that ‘Gautam Buddha was born in Nepal’, said company proprietor Biku Thokar Tamang.
