Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Bhattarai has shared that the government is planning to open a cycle lane connecting all World Heritage sites of the Kathmandu Valley.
Minister Bhattarai further added that the government is finalizing a plan to that end, which he claimed would attract foreign tourists.
He also stated that the plan was to ensure that foreign tourists could visit Basantapur, Patan, Bhaktapur and Durbar Squares in the night time.
