Nepal government has taken necessary steps to tackle the deadly corona virus as the virus is continuing its march worldwide.
Nepal government has suspended flights to and from corona virus-affected countries and put a ban on holding mass meetings.
As shared by DIG Shailesh Thapa, police hospital and nepal police headquarters have launched awareness programs to prevent people from the COVID19.
Security personnel have been directed to use mask at the airport, during traffic checking, and in the crowd.
People have been advised to wash hands time and again, and not to shake hands as far as possible and do Namaste instead as part of the awareness program.
Meanwhile, the security meeting scheduled for March 6-7 in the Sudurpachchhim state has been postponed due to the corona virus.
Likewise, the drunk-drive checking has been made less tightened.
