Kapilvastu COVID-19 patients had entered Nepal from India

Ten persons of Kapilvastu who tested positive for the virus on Monday had sneaked into Nepal from India.

According to the Chief District Officer of Kapilvastu, Dirghanarayan Poudel, 10 COVID-19 patients had entered Nepal from Mumbai, and various other places of India.

But, it is not clear yet when they had entered Nepal.

All 10 COVID-19 patients were residing in quarantine set up at Anirudra Higher Secondary School in Yasodhara Rural Municipality, Kapilvastu.

The arrangement is made to send the patients to the Butwal-based Corona Special Hospital.

With this, the number of COVID-19 patients in Kapilvastu has reached 15.
