Kathmandu Valley reports 312 COVID-19 cases

As many as 312 persons have been infected with COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 225 cases have been confirmed in Kathmandu, 38 in Bhaktapur, and 49 in Lalitpur.

Meanwhile, the country recorded a total of 511 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,60,059 in the country as of Wednesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 6,300 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 600 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,51,912 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, 7 persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 1847.
