Lawmakers have urged the concerned sides to take strong action against those involved in the Kailali incident. Speaking in the Sunday meeting of the Parliament, lawmakers demanded stringent action against those involved in the severe beating of an 18-year old Radha Chaudhari of Ghodaghodi in the name of practicing witchery.
Lawmakers said that such inhumane act against the woman one the very day of International Women Day (March 8) was highly condemnable.
CPN Maoist Centre) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ demanded tough action against culprits in the incident.
Similarly, Nepali Congress lawmaker Pushpa Bhusal and Rastriya Janamorcha Nepal lawmaker Durga Poudel were univocal condemning the heinous crime. They also sought stringent action against the culprits.
