The Mahalaxmi Sugar Mills in Bagadaha of Gaudaita municipality-6 in the district will come into operation from Wednesday. The operation of the Sugar Mills is starting its operation after the Proprietor Birendra Kanaudia deposited the due amount of sugarcane farmers in the bank on Tuesday.
As per the mayor of Gaudaita Devendra Kumar Yadav, proprietor Kanaudia has deposited Rs. 112 million for payment to the farmers. The sugar mill owes a total of Rs. 210 million to the farmers.
“The farmers will receive their payment in their respect bank accounts on Wednesday,” said Mayor Yadav.
Hence, the sugar mill will also come into operation from Wednesday itself.
