Ghanshyam Sharma has donated two million five thousand one rupees to his alma mater, the Tribhuvan Secondary School at Gulmi.
Sharma hails from Bhuwachidi, Kurgha, Musikot Municipality-6 and is currently living in Chitwan. Presently Sharma is based in Belgium where he works.
He donated the amount for setting up a scholarship fund for the meritorious students from poor economic background families at the school and for construction of a meeting hall to the memory of his mother, the late Diladevi Sharma Pangeni, according to the school management committee.
The school is celebrating its golden jubilee on February 15.
