Heavy rain has been occurring in different parts of the country after the monsoon started.
According to Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD), the rain is currently occurring in various parts of the country.
It will continue until today afternoon due to low pressure weather system situated in the north-east part of India, said the MFD.
The MFD has predicted heavy rain in some places of Pradesh 1, Pradesh 2, Bagmati Pradesh and Pradesh 5.
Meanwhile, it has cautioned people saying that the rain will continue for the next 24 hours triggering floods and landslides in various parts of the country.
