President Bidya Devi Bhandari has assigned the portfolio of Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs to Health and Population Minister Bhanubhakta Dhakal and portfolio of Ministry of Urban Development to Communications and Information Technology Minister Gokul Banskota.
The President allocated the additional responsibilities on the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. PM Oli was taking charge of these ministries after Socialist Party quit the government.
