This is moments after a baby was born in The Red Sea to the disbelief of tourists and onlookers. The woman, who is Russian, gave birth with the aid of a doctor from her home country and her husband in Egypt. Man laughs as he forces boy, 3, to smoke cigarette The men walked out the water holding the baby, its umbilical cord still, attached and they carried the placenta in a plastic container. The photos were taken by a tourist, Hadia Hosny El Said, on a balcony overlooking the sea in the resort town of Dahab and they quickly went viral. Hadia said the older man carrying the baby is a doctor specialising in water births and she claimed the newborn had a little sister on the beach with the family.
The mother was wearing just a bikini when she entered the sea and seemed have had a speedy labour which will be the envy of women around the world. The woman, her husband and their baby have not been named and there is no report on the baby’s gender or latest condition. Onlooker Andrea Antonello said: ‘The sea was really red that day.’
