An aircraft of Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has met with an accident at Nepalgunj Airport.
As shared by Prem Nath Thakur, chief of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, a twitter of Nepal Airlines flown to Nepalgunj from Kathmandu to bring swab of those undergoing quarantine skidded off the runway while landing at the airport.
All the passengers including the crew are safe, said Nepalgunj Airport. Five people including three crew members and two medical persons were on board the plane.
“A plane of Nepal Airlines has met with an accident. We are in rescue work. All the people on board are safe,” said Thakur.
