And on Monday the Glee vet was at it again as she posed with no nightie on under her white sheets while still in bed.
The 31-year-old looker – who is dating New York fashion executive Zandy Reich – said that she dreaded starting the week as she captioned her photo, ‘So this means I need to get out of bed?’
