After Narainapur rural municipality of Banke district turned out to a ‘hotspot’ for coronavirus. has been sealed indefinitely
A person died while a total of 55 people have been infected with the novel virus in the rural municipality.
According to District Administration Office, Banke, all the wards of the rural municipality have been sealed to stem the Coronavirus spread further.
“The rural municipality has been sealed until further notice after swab specimen reports of 55 people came out to be positive,” the rural municipality said in a press note.
A 25-year-old youth had died in quarantine due to Coronavirus on last Sunday.
A total of 47 people tested for Coronavirus on Monday alone. Earlier, the number of infection cases was eight.
