Naya Shakti Party Nepal’s Spokesperson Khimlal Devkota has joined the CPN (Maoist Centre).
CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ welcomed Devkota amid a function held at the party central office at Paris Danda today.
On the occasion, Prachanda said that it is time to develop a strong communist centre.
The Maoist Centre Chairman also said that a campaign to establish a strong communist centre was initiated by realizing the people’s aspirations for political stability, prosperity and development. “All communists should unite to achieve the socialism guaranteed by the Constitution. Party can be made stronger through debates within the party,” he added.
Likewise, the Maoist Chairman urged Naya Shakti Party Nepal’s coordinator Dr Baburam Bhattarai to rejoin the Maoist party. He added that the people have given verdict for the unity of the communist parties.
Also speaking at the programme, Devkota said that Dr Bhattarai’s way of leading party was not correct though his intentions were fair.
