The Ncell tower at Piluwa of Jitpur Simara submetropolis-16 in Bara has been torched. According to District Police Office Bara’s superintendent of police Bikash Raj Khanal, an unidentified gang on Monday night set the tower located some 300 meters east from the office of Armed Industrial Security Force.
The incident took place at around 10:00 pm. The fire caused 80 percent damage on the tower of telecom company operated by the private sector. However, its BTS is safe. The fire was taken under control with the help of fire fighters from the Kalaiya sub metropolis and Jitpur Simara sub metropolis.
The investigation of this incident is underway.
