The strategy especially focuses on policy and structural issues, local level planning and child participation in budget planning process. Based on this realization, the organization working in the field of child friendly local governance decided to create the plate form for joint effort to address the activities according to strategies and formed as National Child Friendly Local Governance Forum in 2074 BS (2017 AD).
