Nepal China Himalayan Friendship Society (NeCHiFS-Nepal) distributed Health Equipment and Materials donated by People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries of Tibet Autonomous Region of Peoples Republic of China for Hospital and Health Posts of Dolakha District .
The Support Handover Ceremony was held in the premise of Office of District Coordination Committee in presence of Chief of District Coordination Committee, Chief of District Health Office Dolakha, Member of Parliament Former Minister and Bagmati Province Assembly member, Chief District Officer, Mayors and Deputy Mayors of Municipalities and leaders of political parties of Dolakha.
Ananda Pokharel, Former Minister and also Founder Chairperson of NeChiFS-Nepal handed over the support to Chief of Health Office and Chief of Member of Parliament which was later distributed among all 9 local authorities as per the need of the hospitals and health posts of respective municipalities.
Appreciating People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries of TAR of PRC, Rinan Pokharel- Secretary of NeChiFS-Nepal thanked China’s people and government for supporting Nepal in its fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. He further stated China and TAR cooperation during the pandemic has added another glorious chapter to the proud history of bilateral relations between Nepal and China and are very thankful and humbled for this generous support.
