Nepal Airlines Corporation(NAC), has won the ‘Most Popular Airlines Award 2019’. NAC has been honored by the award for it’s best quality service which Airlines Critics and Bloggers Association has presented.
The executive chairperson of NAC, Madan Kharel received the award amidst a programme organised by the Association on Tuesday. The Association prepared video clips of several kinds services given by the NAC during its international flights and the award was decided on the basis of public votes.
As said by Association chair TPS Grover, the award was decided to be presented to NA being based on comments by over 450 airlines bloggers, commentators, passengers and aviation journalists. Airlines companies employees’ and crew members’ treatment towards passengers, air service, quality of food served during flight, entertainment factor, service safety, seat quality and price are among the standard for the award selection. Prior to this, Thai Air and Fin Air has also bagged the award.
