Nepal’s second COVID-19 patient leaves hospital

Second COVID-19 patient of Nepal got discharged from the Teku-based Shukraraj Tropical & Infectious Disease Hospital on Saturday after 27 days of stay at the hospital.

While getting discharged from the hospital, the 19-year-old girl thanked the doctors involved in treating her.

The girl had arrived in Nepal from France via Qatar transit on March 17. Two other passengers boarding the same flight too were also tested positive for coronavirus.

Currently, Nepal has 28 active COVID-19 cases.
