The opening ceremony of the “Winning Mindset” – National Conference on Exercise, Sports & Performance Psychology was held today where the chief guest was the Youth and Sports minister Minister Honorable Jagat Bahadur BK (Sunar).
The two days program Oct 18 &19, 2019will be held at Olympic Building, Satdobato, Lalitpur with more than 100 participants which includes Coaches, Athletes and Team Managers.
The program is organized by Nepal Olympic Committee in association with Asia South-Pacific Association of Sports Psychology, International Olympic Committee & Visionary International.

Mr. Tej Gurung was the Master of Ceremony of the program, Vice President of NOC Mr. Sunil Shrestha welcomed all the participants and the speakers and gave his best wishes and said that psychological aspect of Sports is as important as physical aspect of the Game.
Member Secretary of NSC Mr. Ramesh Kumar Silwal said that this program is very useful for the 13th SAG and that this is like a capsule that the speakers are teaching the participants.
Chief Guest Honorable Minister said that Nepal Government will support all the participants and depending on the results of this season there will be further classes like these.
