General Secretary of the opposition party Nepali Congress, Dr Sashank Koirala has charged party president Sher Bahadur Deuba of showing inability to run the party.
Dr. Koirala also asserted that he has not plan at all to steer the party organization adding that next general convention of the NC will change the leadership.
Talking to media persons on Saturday, leader Koirala reminded, “I waited for four years, but no new vision and plan came for effective party building. So, the next general convention changes party leadership at any cost.”
He however cautioned that if the protest was launched against leadership, it could lead to party split. So, he was waiting for proper time, Dr Koirala stressed.
The General Secretary showed severe concern that president Deuba failed to form various departments and expand organizations for long. Time has come for the NC to ponder how country can be taken ahead.
As both the government and opposition did not deliver well, people are in severe despair, he underscored.
