Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has expressed his deep condolence on the sudden demise of the senior communist leader and lawyer Janak Man Shrestha.
In a condolence message sent on Saturday, PM Oli paid tributes to the late Shrestha and extended deep condolences to the members of the bereaved family and relatives.
PM Oli has stated that the country has lost a development loving campaigner and an adept lawyer on his demise. Shrestha, who involved in politics from a small age and elected the first mayor of Kathmandu Municipality, is also famous in the judicial sector.
Shrestha passed away on Friday at the age of 92.
