The Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Prime Minister KP Oli is holding a meeting of the Parliamentary Party (PP) today.
Chief Whip Bishal Bhattarai informed that as many as 173 lawmakers, including from the Prachanda-Nepal faction have also been informed to attend the meeting to be held at Singha Durbar at 3 pm Saturday.
Bhattarai said that SMS was already sent to all the PP members.
“SMS has also been sent to Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” and Madhav Nepal as well,” Bhattarai said.
The government has called a meeting of the House of Representatives on March 7.
Chief Whip Bhattarai informed that Saturday’s meeting has been convened to discuss the agenda of the House meeting.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister KP Oli reached NCP Vice Chairman Bam Dev Gautam’s residence at Bhaisepati on Friday and invited him to attend Saturday’s PP meeting.
