President Bidya Devi Bhandari has arrived in Nepalgunj to participate in Iftar ceremony of the Muslim community, today . She is scheduled to take part in the ceremony slated to take place at 5 pm at Siddhartha Cottage.
The President currently is staying in a hotel in Nepalgunj, said Dipa Sharma, undersecretary at the Secretariat of the President.
Following her participation in the ceremony, President Bhandari will participate in the 50th anniversary and the unveiling ceremony of a monument of Prabhat Secondary School at Baijanath rural municipality-5 in Banke on Wednesday, said Sharma.
