I spent my entire life involving in different form of struggles. Sometimes struggle for establishing democracy against autocratic regime and sometimes struggle for national welfare and self-respect and sometimes struggle with those who do not desire stability. In the way to face all these hurdles, all know that I am compelled to fight against the disease created to my body. Relating to this, nearly around 12 years back because my both Kidneys failed to work, I had gone through my first kidney transplantation in the year 2064 BS, Shrawan. At that time, our country did not have any facility for kidney transplantation. I am going for another kidney transplantation on Falgun 21 Wednesday. For that purpose, I am going to be admitted to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital at Maharajgunj. Kidney transplantation today is not so much complex comparing to the past due to the development in science and technology, knowledge and skill. I am full confident that this time the kidney transplantation will be even more successful. I am very proud and happy that this time I will go through kidney transplantation service by experienced medical team in my own country. It is said that the light of hope always brings peace, love and trust. We all gave life to the dreams that were dead once and all stood by my side encompassing my leadership in the previous election. This year we have declared as the beginning year of prosperity. Like good players do not leave the ground in between the games, I will not be disappeared at the time when our dreams are awaking. Nobody is immortal in the world and my determination is also not be immortal as you all know that this is for fulfilling our awaken dreams. I request all to be patient regarding my health condition. In order to fulfill the national interest of “Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepalis”, I will be back to work with self-confidence and power after spending some days in hospital. Meanwhile, the work to be conducted by the government will be pursued regularly.
I am sure being ready to take decision in the case of emergency whether it be regarding the epidemic outbreak of corona virus that have been becoming global health challenge and other issues. During my hospital stay, I am confident that responsible leaders, parliamentarians and millions of party members will fulfill their responsibility in order to conduct their work effectively at both party and parliament. I would like to say thank you to all reside in the country and abroad who wish me for the speedy recovery of my health.
