Dhangadhi, April 22
A meeting of the Council of Ministers of Province No. 7 has given an approval in principle for the formulation of a bill on province emergency fund.
Spokesperson of Council of Ministers of Province No. 7 Prakash Bahadur Shah said the decision was made to formulate the bill in regard to the rural municipality assembly, municipality assembly and district assembly.
Likewise, the meeting has given the approval to submit the bill on law formulation of the local levels in the Province Assembly.
Furthermore, the meeting has given a nod to the Province Reserve Fund Operation Procedures, 2075 and to formulate the bill on remuneration and facilities of the chief minister and ministers of the province.
Similarly, the meeting has decided to give the approval and send to the legislative committee of the council of ministers to the bill on remuneration and facilities of the office bearers and members of the local levels.
The meeting also decided to submit the budget for the remaining period of the current fiscal year and appropriation bill, 2075.
