Inaugurating the twelve zodiac fair in Kailali Godawari pm deuba said that both province capital and province chief will be announced within three days. He addressed, delayed in announcing province capital and chief due to trying of parties agreement process, but within three days province issues will solve whatever there will be agreement or not between parties.
