Revelers are crowding up in the temples of Lord Shiva across the country, including the Pashupatinath since early this morning on the occasion of Mahashivaratri.
According to the Pashupati Area Development Trust, all four doors of the Pashupati temple have been kept open since 3.00 am early today to allow devotees to offer worships in a convenient manner.
Tens of thousands devotees are seen queuing up in the lines at Pashupati for worships.
Today three lines are arranged for the revelers to enter into the main temple of Pashupati, shared Dr Pradeep Dhakal, member-secretary of PADT.
He further informed that arrangement has been made in such a way that senior citizens and disabled do not need to queue up in the lines for worships.
Parking lots have been arranged in five different areas, including Tilganga, PADT office, Metropolitan Police Circle, Gaushala, Sifalchaur and open space beyond Guheswori.
