Supreme Court (SC) judge Cholendra Shamser JB Rana today boycotted a full bench headed by Chief Justice Gopal Prasad Parajuli.
The judge refused to join the bench comprising seven judges, citing that the CJ has, according to his citizenship, already crossed the age limit (65 years) to stay in his office. The bench was hearing on the contempt of court case against Dr Govinda KC that began Sunday.
