Snowfall has obstructed the Martyr Highway in the district.
Traffic along long and short routes has come to a standstill, while Kankri-Ghorahi under the Highway has not seen transportation for the past one and a half months.
As a result, the people commuting between Kakri, Musikot, the district headquarters of Rukum East and Ghorai have been affected.
Likewise, farmers are finding it hard to transport their agricultural products to the market.
