Top leaders of left alliance, Forum Nepal to sit for talks again

Kathmandu, March 1

The leaders of the left alliance and Federal Socialist Forum Nepal failed to reach a conclusion over the issues of cabinet expansion and constitution’s amendment.

The meeting of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and Forum Nepal’s Chairman Upendra Yadav including others failed to forge consensus in the twin issues though the talks remained positive.

After the meeting, UML Secretary Pradip Gyawali said the meeting remained positive to bring the Forum Nepal on board the government after amending the constitution and the next meeting would hold at 9:00 am on Thursday to discuss the issues further.
