President Bidya Devi Bhandari has certified two bills endorsed by both houses in the Federal Parliament. The President gave assent to the bill to determine base and criteria relating to the formation, functions and rights of the State Public Service Commission-2075 and the Audit Bill-2075 BS in accordance with the Article 113 (2) of the constitution, the Office of the President today said.
