Two persons killed in a road accident that took place at Bidur Municipality-6 in Nuwakot district today. Six others were injured in the accident.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police of Nuwakot Rajesh Thapa, the mini truck (Ba 2 Ka 7910) was carrying the workers of Nagarjun Construction Company heading from Multhala to Chainpur.
The deceased have been identified as Sudip Tamang, 19, of Naukunda Rural Municipality-3 of Nuwakot district and Abiral Tamang, 19 of Khotang district, DSP Thapa shared.
On the other hand, driver Ganesh Balami, Sachit Kumar Rimal, Shankar raj Sunar, Hemraj Thakuri, Tilak Khatri and Bimal Sunar have been injured in the incident.
Among the injured, two have been referred to Kathmandu for further treatment while four are undergoing treatment in Trishuli Hospital.
