1 March 2020, Kathmandu

Two Nepalis  have been quarantined in an isolation ward returning from China and South Korea. They are kept at the Teku-based Sukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease.

As shared by Anup Bastola, spokesperson of the hospital, this is the first case that a South Korea-returnee has been kept in isolation ward.

“We have kept them in isolation as they complained of fever,” he said adding that they have already sent their blood samples to make sure whether they have been infected with the coronavirus.

Bastola said the result of the test will come tomorrow.
