The Election Commission has made public the list of voters eligible to take part in the election to be held for the post of President on coming March 13.
The list was made public in the EC’s website this evening. As per the Constitution, the President is elected by an electoral college including federal and provincial parliament members. Accordingly, 275 members of the House of Representatives, 59 of the National Assembly and 550 of the Provincial Assembly are eligible to take part in the election.
